I am proud to announce the formation of a new diesel truck and tractor pulling entity for the 2008 season. Wide Open Pulling Productions is dedicated to diesel pulling, and was formed to better the sport for the pullers with a standardized set of rules, fairer competition, and larger payouts. I have carefully put together a very experienced, dedicated staff, track crew, and techs to ensure pullers get a fair pull, and fans get a great show. As far as rules go, they will be very similar to the rules you ran at several places this year. Here is a break down of the classes we will be pulling and the payouts that will be paid, this is a guaranteed payout no matter the number of pullers in your class.

I would also like to announce in addition to this payout, we will be instituting a point series.
Wide Open Pulling Series presented by AGRI-POWER by TS Performance, Dynomite Diesel, South Bend Clutch, Starlite Diesel Sports ,Kenny’s Pulling Parts & Lincoln County Motorsports, this series as of this date has $12000.00 in its points funds, thanks to these great sponsors.

A one time nominal fee of $35.00 per puller, per class will charged to join the points fund, plus the normal $30.00 per class, per event hook fee. This small fee is to cover mailings, administrative and clerical fees. The points fund payout schedule will be $1000.00, 800.00, 600.00, 400.00, 200.00 per class. Along with Wide Open events, all pulls at Stanford, KY and TS Performance Event in Bowling Green, KY will be included in this point series.
